Incorporated in 2012 as a spin off from MISC Agencies (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Leo Shipping Agency was set up to provide agent services to prospective Principals whose vessels call at Singapore after MISC BHD decided to exit the Container Liner Business closing their Container Division in 2011.
